Hello Everyone! I am Taylor Wade Chapman, an occupational therapist living in Pulaski, TN. I live on a small farm with my husband and our three children. I love spending time with my family at home, helping my clients through my work each day, and reading a variety of books in my spare time. I strive to put my caring and empathetic nature to good use by helping people of all ages reach their goal of living as independently as possible.

Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Tennessee State University
Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Tennessee State University

Occupational Therapy Experience:
5+ years with adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing
6+ years with adults and pediatrics in outpatient therapy and acute hospital
3+ years with students in school-based therapy

My Story
I have been an OT for over 13 years now and have enjoyed working in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, acute hospital settings, school-based positions, outpatient therapy, and even home health care. I truly enjoy helping people of all abilities and ages reach their potential with everyday activities. From being able to bathe independently, access your favorite hobbies, or reach developmental milestones, I strive to find practical solutions to daily struggles.
